Only the State of Oklahoma may enact a law or take any other\n\naction to regulate the operation of motor vehicles equipped with\n\nautomated driving systems in Oklahoma.\n\nB. Pursuant to subsection A of this section, the State of\n\nOklahoma:\n\n1. Preempts the authority of a county or municipality to\n\nprohibit, restrict or regulate the operation of motor vehicles\n\nequipped with automated driving systems on the basis of those\n\nvehicles being equipped with automated driving systems; and\n\n2.
