A person may operate a motor vehicle equipped with an\n\nautomated driving system capable of performing the entire dynamic\n\ndriving task if:\n\n1. Such automated driving system will issue a request to\n\nintervene whenever the automated driving system is not capable of\n\nperforming the entire dynamic driving task with the expectation that\n\nthe person will respond appropriately to such a request; and\n\n2. The automated driving system is capable of being operated in\n\ncompliance with Sections 11-101 through 11-1404 of Title 47 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes unless an exemption has been granted by the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety.\n\nB.
