Stat. tit. 47, § 47-171","heading":"Appropriation - Extra help for Corporation Commission","body":"All monies accruing to the \"Corporation Commission Revolving\n\nFund\" are hereby appropriated to the Corporation Commission.\n\nThe Corporation Commission is hereby authorized and empowered to\n\nemploy such extra help as may be necessary to carry out the\n\nprovisions of this act for the enforcement of the law and the\n\ncollection of taxes set forth herein, said employees to be paid from\n\nthe appropriations made in this section. Provided, such employees\n\nshall be paid such salaries or compensation as is paid for similar\n\nservice in this state in the same or other departments of the state.\n\nThe Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to pay from the\n\n\"Corporation Commission Revolving Fund\" such extra operating\n\nexpenses as may be attributable to the enforcement of this act, in\n\nthe same manner and form as other expenses are paid.\n\nProvided further, such employees shall be such extra help as may\n\nbe in the judgment of the Corporation Commission necessary to aid in\n\nthe enforcement of this act in addition to the positions hereinafter\n\ncreated; the salaries and expenses of the positions hereinafter\n\ncreated shall be paid out of funds appropriated by the general\n\ndepartmental appropriations act.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"adef08f9d813c08bd247a2ea7cd24878d4aba705945523b036953222f5fb86ad","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1709","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-171.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
