Stat. tit. 47, § 47-180c","heading":"Seizure and confiscation of devices - Grounds","body":"The Commission may issue an order for the seizure and\n\nconfiscation and return to the Commission of any identification\n\ndevice or devices, for any of the following reasons, and to direct\n\nsaid order or orders to any officer of the State of Oklahoma charged\n\nwith the duties of enforcing the provisions of this act and/or any\n\nother section of the motor carrier law now in force or hereinafter\n\nenacted:\n\n1. In all cases where the motor carrier has permitted the\n\ninsurance coverage, as required by law to be filed with the\n\nCommission, to lapse or become cancelled or for any reason to become\n\nvoid and fail to meet the requirements as provided by law;\n\n2. For failure on the part of any motor carrier, his or its\n\nagents or employees to comply with any part or provision of this\n\nact, or any other act or law or part or provision thereof relative\n\nto the legal operation of a for-hire motor carrier or to obey,\n\nobserve or comply with any order, decision, rule or regulation,\n\ndirection, demand or requirement, or any part or provision thereof,\n\nof the Commission;\n\n3. Upon the cancellation or revocation of the certificate or\n\npermit or IRC or license under which said identification device or\n\ndevices were issued; or\n\n4.
