Stat. tit. 47, § 47-180g","heading":"Issuance of identification devices","body":"It shall be the duty of the Commission to provide identification\n\ndevices upon written application of any authorized motor carrier.\n\nUpon written application of any authorized motor carrier holding\n\na certificate or permit or license issued by the Commission, the\n\nCommission shall issue to the motor carrier a sufficient number of\n\nidentification devices so that each powered vehicle owned or to be\n\noperated by the motor carrier in the state shall bear one\n\nidentification device. Identification devices shall be issued on an\n\nannual basis, and applications shall be made annually on the form\n\nprescribed by the Commission, and any motor carrier operating a\n\npowered vehicle without a current identification device shall be in\n\nviolation of the provisions of Sections 180 through 180m of this\n\ntitle or the Motor Carrier Act of 1995.\n\nIt is hereby declared unlawful for any motor carrier, or agents\n\nor employees of any motor carrier, to use or transfer an\n\nidentification device except as provided by rules of the Commission.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cecdd30afbf2a16654281f58a48c22132715a8e6795b665f393e96e0549b94ab","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-180f","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-180h"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
