Upon receipt from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation\n\nof an investigative report pursuant to paragraph 9 of Section 150.2\n\nof Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Commissioner of Public\n\nSafety or a designee shall determine what, if any, executive\n\nsecurity will be provided to the official by the Department of\n\nPublic Safety. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the\n\nCommissioner from providing temporary executive security to an\n\nofficial of this state or of any political subdivision of the state,\n\nif essential, prior to the receipt of the investigative report from\n\nthe Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.\n\nB. The Commissioner of Public Safety may, upon the request of a\n\nstate agency head, appoint and commission qualified individuals to\n\nprovide executive security for that agency. The Commissioner shall\n\ndetermine the qualifications of the individuals, the authority level\n\nand the time period for the appointment and commission.\n\nC.
