Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-105.4C","heading":"Authorization to engage in part-time employment","body":"Any Highway Patrol officer or other law enforcement officer\n\nemployed as a full-time-equivalent (FTE) of the Department of Public\n\nSafety and otherwise prohibited by law or Department policy from\n\nobtaining part-time employment as a law enforcement officer with any\n\nother law enforcement agency shall hereby be authorized to engage in\n\nsuch part-time employment for the duration of any furlough period\n\nimposed by the Commissioner of Public Safety or otherwise required\n\nby law.
