Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-105.5","heading":"Controlled substance screenings of applicants","body":"All applicants, including reinstatements, for all commissioned\n\nofficer positions within the Department of Public Safety shall,\n\nprior to initial appointment or reinstatement, be required to submit\n\nto and successfully pass a controlled substance screening conducted\n\nby a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) certified laboratory.\n\nThe Commissioner of Public Safety shall establish the necessary\n\nprocedures to implement this requirement; provided, the results of\n\nany such screening shall be considered exempt law enforcement\n\nrecords as prescribed in Section 24A.8 of Title 51 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.
