There is hereby created within the Oklahoma Highway Patrol\n\nDivision of the Department of Public Safety, the Communications\n\nSection.\n\nB. An employee may be promoted to the position of\n\nCommunications Coordinator.\n\nC. The annual salaries of personnel comprising this section\n\nshall be in accordance and conformity with the findings for\n\nDepartment of Public Safety law enforcement personnel of the State\n\nof Oklahoma Total Remuneration Study of 2013.\n\nD.
