Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-108.1","heading":"Interlocal agreements","body":"The Commissioner of Public Safety may enter into interlocal\n\nagreements with any other government agency or any state educational\n\ninstitution that is a member of The Oklahoma State System of Higher\n\nEducation, as prescribed in Section 3201 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, for the use of space for the purpose of providing\n\ngovernmental services as required by law of the Department of Public\n\nSafety, or with a state beneficiary public trust regarding policing\n\nand setting speed limits on roads located on lands owned by the\n\ntrust.
