Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-108.2","heading":"Contracts incident to real estate gifted to state –","body":"Construction of gun range.\n\nThe Commissioner of Public Safety shall have the exclusive\n\nrights to enter into all contracts incident to real estate gifted to\n\nthe state for use by the Department of Public Safety in rural\n\nPottawatomie County adjacent to the Wes Watkins Reservoir, hereafter\n\nreferred to as “the premises”, including any and all architectural,\n\nengineering, design consultant, construction manager, and\n\nconstruction contracts concerning construction of a gun range on the\n\npremises.\n\nThe Department shall have exclusive jurisdiction, custody,\n\nresponsibility and control over all construction, repair,\n\nmaintenance, management and operation of the premises and all\n\nfixtures thereon incident to the gun range.\n\nIn the construction, repair, maintenance, and operation of the\n\ngun range, the Department and the premises shall be exempt from any\n\nand all real estate construction requirements and provisions, to the\n\nextent they could be applicable to the acquisition of goods or\n\nservices incident to the construction, repair, maintenance and\n\noperation, as set forth in the Oklahoma Statutes, including but not\n\nlimited to Sections 101 through 138 and Sections 202 through 220 of\n\nTitle 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and subsections B, C and E of\n\nSection 63 and Sections 85.1 through 85.45j of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"fa79fcb787bf0c6bd743d9f5bd0715d894d2f9525c0b28b04a09a45896523ea9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-2-108.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-2-108.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
