There is hereby created within the Oklahoma Department of\n\nPublic Safety the Oklahoma Incident Management Team Advisory\n\nCommittee. The purpose of the Committee shall be to:\n\n1. Advise and assist the Commissioner in the development of\n\nsetting of goals, objectives and priorities with respect to state-\n\nsponsored all-hazard emergency incident management team functions;\n\n2. Advise and assist the Commissioner in establishing standards\n\nand credentialing guidelines for emergency incident management\n\nfunctions and responders within the Team Advisory Committee's scope\n\nof authority; and\n\n3. Provide a forum for discussion of issues between the\n\norganizations within the Team Advisory Committee.\n\nB. The Team Advisory Committee shall be composed of the\n\nfollowing seven (7) members as follows:\n\n1. The Commissioner of Health, or designee;\n\n2. The Director of the Oklahoma Forestry Services, or designee;\n\n3. The Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Public\n\nSafety, or designee;\n\n4. The Director of the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security, or\n\ndesignee;\n\n5. The Director of the Office of Emergency Management, or\n\ndesignee;\n\n6. One member appointed by the Oklahoma Fire Chiefs Association\n\nto represent a statewide association of fire chiefs in this state;\n\nand\n\n7. The Director of the Oklahoma State University Fire Safety\n\nTraining, or designee.\n\nIn addition to the seven (7) members, membership may be expanded\n\nby a majority vote of the Committee.\n\nC. The members of the Team Advisory Committee shall receive no\n\ncompensation or travel reimbursement.\n\nD. A majority of the Team Advisory Committee shall constitute a\n\nquorum to transact official business.\n\nE. The members of the Team Advisory Committee may elect from\n\namong its membership a chair and vice chair to preside at all\n\nmeetings.\n\nF.
