The Department shall examine and determine the genuineness,\n\nregularity and legality of every application lawfully made to the\n\nDepartment, and may in all cases make investigation as may be deemed\n\nnecessary or require additional information, and shall reject any\n\nsuch application if not satisfied of the genuineness, regularity or\n\nlegality thereof or the truth of any statement contained therein, or\n\nfor any other reason, when authorized by law. If a person making\n\napplication to the Department presents any document to the\n\nDepartment which the Department has reason to believe is false,\n\nfraudulent, or being used by a person not authorized to use such\n\ndocument, the Department shall confiscate the document until such\n\ntime it is determined by the Department whether the document is\n\nfalse, fraudulent, or being used by a person not authorized to use\n\nsuch document.\n\nB. Service Oklahoma shall examine and determine the\n\ngenuineness, regularity, and legality of every application, driver\n\nlicense, and any other application lawfully made to Service\n\nOklahoma, and may in all cases make investigation as may be deemed\n\nnecessary or require additional information, and shall reject any\n\nsuch application if not satisfied of the genuineness, regularity, or\n\nlegality thereof or the truth of any statement contained therein, or\n\nfor any other reason, when authorized by law.
