Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-122.1","heading":"Acquisition of federal funds","body":"All funds appropriated to the Department of Public Safety may be\n\nused and expended in conjunction or cooperation with any federal\n\nagency or instrumentality under such terms and conditions considered\n\nappropriate or necessary by the Commissioner of Public Safety to\n\nobtain grants or federal aid assistance in accordance with state\n\nlaw.
