The Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to make\n\navailable for sale used vehicles and used emergency vehicle\n\nequipment to any federal, state, county or municipal agency, public\n\nschool district, or any reserve deputy, reserve officer, or\n\nfirefighter who furnishes their own vehicle for the performance of\n\ntheir duty.\n\nB. The Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to make\n\navailable for sale at public auction any used vehicles, used\n\nemergency vehicle equipment, and any property forfeited to the\n\nDepartment.\n\nC.
