The Office of the Administrative Director of the Courts\n\nshall provide to the Department of Public Safety current\n\ncomputerized arrest warrant identification information for\n\ndissemination to the users of the Oklahoma Law Enforcement\n\nTelecommunication Systems.\n\nB. The Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety shall\n\nhave the authority to audit state and local law enforcement agencies\n\nto ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws\n\npertaining to the dissemination of arrest warrant identification\n\ninformation.\n\nC.
