Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-125","heading":"Deposit and expenditure of funds","body":"The Commissioner of Public Safety shall assess and collect costs\n\nand fees from subscribers to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement\n\nTelecommunication System (OLETS), to be deposited in the State\n\nTreasury to the credit of the Department of Public Safety Restricted\n\nRevolving Fund. Such costs and fees expended from the fund shall be\n\nfor personnel, recurring user fees, necessary hardware and\n\naccessories, installation of equipment, maintenance and operational\n\nexpenses for OLETS. If a county sheriff offers hosting services of\n\nend users that allows for a connection to OLETS, the sheriff may\n\nassess and collect fees for the itemized actual costs of providing\n\npersonnel, reoccurring user fees, necessary hardware and\n\naccessories, installation of equipment, maintenance, training and\n\noperational expenses for the utilization of the hosting data system\n\nand shall provide the terms and itemized costs in an inter-local\n\nagreement between both parties. The agreement shall be filed with\n\nthe office of the county clerk and in the offices of each\n\ngovernmental entity involved.
