Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-128","heading":"Transfer of personnel and assets","body":"All personnel employed by the Commission on Criminal and Traffic\n\nLaw Enforcement System and all funds, records, equipment, furniture,\n\nfixtures, files and supplies of whatsoever kind and character now\n\nunder the jurisdiction and control of the Commission are hereby\n\ntransferred to the Department of Public Safety.
