Any person charged with the custody and dissemination of\n\nconfidential and privileged information or in receipt of such\n\ninformation from the statewide law enforcement data communications\n\nnetwork provided for in Section 2-124 of this title shall neither\n\ndivulge nor disclose any such information except to federal, state,\n\ncounty or city law enforcement or criminal justice agencies.\n\nB. Any person charged with the custody and dissemination of\n\nconfidential and privileged information shall not without\n\nauthorization utilize the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Telecommunication\n\nSystem for any reason.\n\nC.
