Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-143","heading":"Department of Public Safety Patrol Vehicle Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Public Safety, to be designated the\n\n\"Department of Public Safety Patrol Vehicle Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the\n\nDepartment for the purpose of purchasing, equipping, and maintaining\n\nof patrol vehicles and patrol aircraft and for any other purpose\n\nrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Transportation\n\nDivision of the Department, as well as any other operational\n\nexpenses of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. No monies shall be\n\nexpended from this fund without expressed authorization by the\n\nLegislature.
