There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Public Safety to be designated the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety Revolving Fund. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all money received by the Department of Public Safety\n\nfrom:\n\n1. Sale of surplus property;\n\n2. Insurance and other reimbursements for damaged, lost or\n\nstolen property;\n\n3. Reimbursement for services of Department personnel as\n\napproved by the Department if such personnel are representing the\n\nDepartment or are in any uniform of the Department;\n\n4. Reimbursement for supplies or facsimile or data\n\ntransmissions or for contractual services or products not otherwise\n\nprovided by law;\n\n5. Fees and costs paid by subscribers to the Oklahoma Law\n\nEnforcement Telecommunications Systems;\n\n6. Refund of federal gasoline tax;\n\n7. Reimbursements by federal, state and municipal government\n\nagencies for the use of Department of Public Safety airplanes;\n\n8. Fees from users of the Robert R. Lester Training Center or\n\nother Department of Public Safety training facilities;\n\n9. Federal funds, unless otherwise provided by federal law or\n\nregulation; and\n\n10. Any other funds received pursuant to law and designated for\n\ndeposit into the fund.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nPublic Safety for the operating expenses of the Department.\n\nC. The Director of the Office of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall provide a distinct numbering system for\n\nthe identification and tracking of the expenditures of the various\n\nprograms budgeted from the revolving fund.\n\nD.
