There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Public Safety, to be designated the\n\n\"Department of Public Safety Restricted Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nPublic Safety for the restricted purposes of the monies as\n\nprescribed by law. Expenditures from said funds shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. Any statutory references to the Department of Public Safety\n\nRevolving Fund shall mean the Department of Public Safety Restricted\n\nRevolving Fund, as provided for in this section, whenever the\n\nexpenditure of the monies is restricted by law.\n\nC.
