Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-146","heading":"Department of Public Safety Patrol Academy Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Public Safety, to be designated the\n\n\"Department of Public Safety Patrol Academy Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety for the exclusive purpose of Oklahoma\n\nHighway Patrol Trooper Academies. Expenditures from said fund shall\n\nbe made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nfiled as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. On or before December 1 of each year, the Department of\n\nPublic Safety shall provide a written report on all Oklahoma Highway\n\nPatrol Trooper Academies conducted in the then current and preceding\n\nstate fiscal year to the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of\n\nRepresentatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State\n\nSenate, the Chair of the Appropriations and Budget Committee of the\n\nOklahoma House of Representatives, and the Chair of the\n\nAppropriations Committee of the Oklahoma State Senate. Such report\n\nshall include, but not be limited to, the following information for\n\nthe then current and preceding state fiscal year:\n\n1. A description of all expenditures from the Department of\n\nPublic Safety Patrol Academy Revolving Fund;\n\n2. A description of the source of all monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the Department of Public Safety Patrol Academy Revolving\n\nFund;\n\n3. A description of all expenditures, including the source of\n\nfunds for said expenditures, used to conduct each academy;\n\n4. The total number of applicants for each academy;\n\n5. The total number of persons admitted for each academy;\n\n6. The total number of persons graduating from each academy;\n\n7. The total number of persons graduating from each academy\n\nthat do not accept a position within the Oklahoma Highway Patrol;\n\n8. The total number of persons graduating from each academy\n\nthat, upon accepting a position within the Oklahoma Highway Patrol,\n\ndo not complete service of an initial probationary period as\n\ndetermined by the Department of Public Safety;\n\n9. The net number of troopers added to the Oklahoma Highway\n\nPatrol in a calendar year;\n\n10. A description of any academies planned to be conducted in\n\nthe upcoming state fiscal year; and\n\n11.
