There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be\n\ndesignated as the “State Public Safety Fund”. The fund shall be\n\nsubject to legislative appropriation and shall consist of revenues\n\ndeposited to such fund by Section 1113.2 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes and of such other revenues as may be provided by law.\n\nB.
