Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-303.5","heading":"Acceptance of gifts or gratuities","body":"The members of the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement Board,\n\nthe chief administrative officer and the employees of the System\n\nshall not accept gifts or gratuities from an individual organization\n\nwith a value in excesss of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per year.
