Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any\n\nperson receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Law Enforcement\n\nRetirement System as of June 30, 2007, who continues to receive\n\nbenefits on or after July 1, 2008, shall receive a four-percent\n\nincrease in said benefits beginning in July 2008.\n\nB.
