Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any\n\nperson receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Law Enforcement\n\nRetirement System as of June 30, 2001, who continues to receive\n\nbenefits on or after July 1, 2002, shall receive a five percent (5%)\n\nincrease in said benefits on July 1, 2002.\n\nB.
