Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-309.1","heading":"Officers of State Bureau of Investigation and Bureau","body":"of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control - Transfer to System.\n\nOfficers of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control who\n\nbecome members of the System on July 1, 1980, shall cease accruing\n\nbenefits in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System as of\n\nthat date and shall commence accruing benefits under this System.\n\nThe Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System shall transfer to\n\nthe Oklahoma Law Enforcement System all funds contributed by the\n\nindividual members being transferred and all funds contributed by\n\nthe state for such members, no later than October 1980. Also, the\n\nOklahoma Public Employees Retirement System shall give to the\n\nOklahoma Law Enforcement System a certified statement of credited\n\nservice accrued by such transferred members.
