Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-309.3","heading":"Law enforcement officers of the Oklahoma Alcoholic","body":"Beverage Control Board - Transfer to System.\n\nLaw enforcement officers of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage\n\nControl Board who are members of the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System shall cease accruing benefits in the Oklahoma\n\nPublic Employees Retirement System and shall commence accruing\n\nbenefits under the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System on\n\nJuly 1, 1982. On January 1, 1983, the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System shall transfer to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement\n\nRetirement System the actual amount contributed to the Oklahoma\n\nPublic Employees Retirement System by the state and by each law\n\nenforcement officer of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Board\n\ntransferring to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System and\n\nthe retirement records of those transferring employees. Service\n\naccrued by said law enforcement officers of the Oklahoma Alcoholic\n\nBeverage Control Board under the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System shall be treated as credited service under the\n\nOklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System.
