Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-309.5","heading":"Pharmacy board inspectors - Transfer to System","body":"Inspectors of the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy who are\n\ncertified peace officers pursuant to the provisions of Section 3311\n\nof Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes and who are members of the\n\nOklahoma Public Employees Retirement System shall cease accruing\n\nbenefits in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System and\n\nshall commence accruing benefits under the Oklahoma Law Enforcement\n\nRetirement System on July 1, 1986. On January 1, 1987, the Oklahoma\n\nPublic Employees Retirement System shall transfer to the Oklahoma\n\nLaw Enforcement Retirement System the actual amount contributed to\n\nthe Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System by the state and by\n\neach inspector of the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy transferring\n\nto the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System and the retirement\n\nrecords of those transferring employees. Service accrued by said\n\ninspectors of the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy under the\n\nOklahoma Public Employees Retirement System shall be treated as\n\ncredited service under the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement\n\nSystem.
