Any state employee who is employed in a commissioned officer\n\nposition of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Division, the Oklahoma State\n\nBureau of Investigation, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and\n\nDangerous Drugs Control, the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement\n\nCommission, a Parks Ranger of the Tourism and Recreation Department,\n\nand a Pharmacy Inspector of the Pharmacy Board shall be eligible for\n\nservice credit for employment prior to July 1, 1993, if the employee\n\nwas in a commissioned officer position in the former Oklahoma\n\nCapitol Patrol Division, the former Mansion Security, and the former\n\nTraining Center Security of the Department of Public Safety and the\n\nemployee was a full-time, active employee eligible for all state\n\nemployee benefits.\n\nB. An eligible member of the System shall receive credit for\n\nall prior service as provided in subsection A of this section,\n\nprovided the member is not receiving or eligible to receive\n\nretirement credit or benefits for such service in any other public\n\nretirement system. Service credit received pursuant to this section\n\nshall be used in determining the years of service for retirement and\n\nvesting purposes.\n\nC.
