Stat. tit. 47, § 47-2-309.9","heading":"Commissioned or CLEET-certified agents of the Office","body":"of the Attorney General.\n\nCommissioned or CLEET-certified agents of the Office of the\n\nAttorney General who are hired on or after July 1, 2024, shall\n\nparticipate in and make contributions to the Oklahoma Law\n\nEnforcement Retirement System as other participating employers and\n\nmembers of the System. Such employees shall not make contributions\n\nto any plan offered by the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement\n\nSystem, other than the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred\n\nCompensation Plan and the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Savings\n\nIncentive Plan.
