Stat. tit. 47, § 47-225","heading":"Auto buses operating under certificate or permit or","body":"license - Prohibiting stopping, loading, unloading and parking.\n\nAny city of this state may, by a duly adopted ordinance,\n\nprohibit any auto bus being operated under a certificate of\n\nconvenience and necessity or permit or license issued by the\n\nCorporation Commission of Oklahoma transporting passengers for hire\n\nto, from or through said city from stopping, except in cases of\n\naccident or other emergencies, on the streets or alleys within a\n\nspecified area of the city where the traffic is congested, and\n\nloading and unloading passengers while so stopped; and also prohibit\n\nthe parking of any such automobile or auto bus on the streets or\n\nalleys in such congested area.
