Stat. tit. 47, § 47-230.10","heading":"Exemptions","body":"The Department shall exempt any vehicle in which hazardous\n\nmaterial is transported or any person who transports any hazardous\n\nmaterial if such exemption is identical to an exemption issued by\n\nthe Secretary of the United States Department of Transportation and\n\nmay exempt any person who transports any hazardous material\n\nintrastate under similar provisions.
