Upon the filing by an intrastate motor carrier or private\n\ncarrier of an application for a license, the applicant shall pay to\n\nthe Corporation Commission a filing fee in the sum of One Hundred\n\nDollars ($100.00) with an original or subapplication. Any valid\n\nlicense issued will remain in force, unless otherwise revoked by the\n\nCommission in accordance with the provisions of the Motor Carrier\n\nAct of 1995, for one (1) year from date of issuance.\n\nB. Every motor carrier or private carrier wishing to continue\n\noperations under the original license, shall pay to the Corporation\n\nCommission an annual renewal fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). An\n\nintrastate license may be renewed for up to three (3) years.\n\nC.
