Stat. tit. 47, § 47-256","heading":"Expiration of amateur license - Notice and delivery of","body":"indentification - Violations.\n\nUpon the revocation or expiration of the amateur radio station\n\noperator's license of any person in Oklahoma who has been issued\n\nidentification as herein provided, said person shall immediately\n\nnotify the Oklahoma Tax Commission and the Department of Public\n\nSafety and shall, within five (5) days thereafter, deliver the\n\nidentification to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and/or the Department\n\nof Public Safety.\n\nAny person violating the provisions of this section, or any\n\nperson who knowingly permits another person to make use of the\n\nidentification herein provided for to obtain entry into any\n\nrestricted area in this state, or any person who by\n\nmisrepresentation obtains any identification herein provided for,\n\nshall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof,\n\nbe punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00) or be sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for\n\nnot more than one (1) year, or both.
