Stat. tit. 47, § 47-3-102","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Board\" shall mean the Service Oklahoma Operator Board;\n\n2. \"Committee\" shall mean the Licensed Operator Advisory\n\nCommittee;\n\n3. \"Director\" shall mean the chief executive officer of Service\n\nOklahoma;\n\n4. \"Good standing\" shall mean a licensed operator is current on\n\nall required reporting and remittances and whose license is not\n\nunder review for revocation by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board;\n\n5. \"License\" shall mean the authority granted by the Service\n\nOklahoma Operator Board to an individual for purposes of operating a\n\nService Oklahoma location;\n\n6. \"Licensed operator\" shall mean any person licensed by the\n\nService Oklahoma Operator Board or designated or authorized to\n\ncollect the fees and enforce the provisions related to the\n\nfulfillment of designated services to be rendered by Service\n\nOklahoma. Any reference to motor license agent in the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall mean licensed operator;\n\n7. \"Person\" shall mean any individual, copartner, joint\n\nventure, association, corporation, limited liability company,\n\nestate, trust, business trust, syndicate, the State of Oklahoma,\n\nService Oklahoma, or any county, city, municipality, school district\n\nor other political subdivision thereof, or any group or combination\n\nacting as a unit, or any receiver appointed by the state or federal\n\ncourt; and\n\n8. \"Service Oklahoma location\" shall mean any location where\n\nservices offered by Service Oklahoma are provided including\n\nlocations operated by either Service Oklahoma or pursuant to a\n\nlicense issued by Service Oklahoma.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"53bbebbf781d316d188b09209dbaa2499ff71ceb17836690e38325e3fce828df","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-3-101","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-3-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
