To assist and advise the Service Oklahoma Operator Board, a\n\nLicensed Operator Advisory Committee is hereby created.\n\nB. The Licensed Operator Advisory Committee shall consist of\n\nseven (7) members appointed by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board\n\nas follows:\n\n1. Two members who shall be licensed operators, appointed by\n\nthe Service Oklahoma Operator Board, from counties with a population\n\nunder thirty thousand (30,000) according to the latest Federal\n\nDecennial Census data;\n\n2. Two members who are licensed operators, appointed by the\n\nService Oklahoma Operator Board, from counties with a population\n\nbetween thirty thousand one (30,001) and one hundred thousand\n\n(100,000) according to the latest Federal Decennial Census data;\n\n3. Two members who are licensed operators, appointed by the\n\nService Oklahoma Operator Board, from counties with a population\n\nover one hundred thousand (100,000) according to the latest Federal\n\nDecennial Census data; and\n\n4. One member who shall be an employee of Service Oklahoma,\n\nappointed by the Director of Service Oklahoma.\n\nC. Members appointed to the first Licensed Operator Advisory\n\nCommittee shall serve the following terms:\n\n1. The Service Oklahoma Operator Board shall select one member\n\nappointed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of subsection B\n\nof this section, one member appointed pursuant to the provisions of\n\nparagraph 2 of subsection B of this section, and one member\n\nappointed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 3 of subsection B\n\nof this section to serve two-year terms. Subsequent appointments\n\nshall serve two-year terms;\n\n2. The Service Oklahoma Operator Board shall select one member\n\nappointed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of subsection B\n\nof this section, one member appointed pursuant to the provisions of\n\nparagraph 2 of subsection B of this section, and one member\n\nappointed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 3 of subsection B\n\nof this section to serve three-year terms. Subsequent appointments\n\nshall serve two-year terms; and\n\n3. The member appointed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph\n\n4 of subsection B of this section shall serve a two-year term. All\n\nsubsequent appointments shall serve two-year terms.\n\nD. Members of the Licensed Operator Advisory Committee shall\n\nserve at the pleasure of his or her appointing authority and may be\n\nremoved or replaced with or without cause.\n\nE. Any vacancy shall be filled in the same manner as original\n\nappointments.\n\nF.
