There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for Service Oklahoma to be designated the “Service Oklahoma\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended\n\nby Service Oklahoma for the restricted purposes of the monies as\n\nprescribed by law. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for Service Oklahoma to be designated the “Service Oklahoma\n\nReimbursement Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and\n\nexpended by Service Oklahoma for the restricted purposes of the\n\nmonies as prescribed by law. Expenditures from the fund shall be\n\nmade upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nfiled as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nC. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for Service Oklahoma, to be designated the “Service Oklahoma\n\nComputer Imaging System Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall\n\nbe budgeted and expended by Service Oklahoma for the purpose of\n\nimplementing, developing, administering, and maintaining the\n\ncomputer imaging system of Service Oklahoma. Expenditures from the\n\nfund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer\n\nagainst claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and\n\npayment.\n\nD. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for Service Oklahoma to be designated the “Licensed Operator\n\nPerformance Fund”. This fund shall be a continuing fund not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended\n\nby Service Oklahoma for the restricted purposes of the monies as\n\nprescribed by law. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\n1. The Licensed Operator Performance Fund shall be distributed\n\nto licensed operators in accordance with the applicable metrics\n\ndetermined by Service Oklahoma.\n\n2. In the event that excess funds exist in the Licensed\n\nOperator Performance Fund after distribution to licensed operators\n\npursuant to this subsection, the remaining funds are authorized to\n\nbe expended for the purpose of purchasing back a licensed operator\n\nlicense from a licensed operator, pursuant to Section 1140 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nE. There is hereby created a Petty Cash Fund for Service\n\nOklahoma. The fund shall be used by Service Oklahoma to operate\n\ncash drawers as necessary. The amount of the Petty Cash Fund shall\n\nbe determined by the Director of Service Oklahoma and the Director\n\nof the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Purchases from\n\nthe Petty Cash Fund shall be prohibited.
