Stat. tit. 47, § 47-3-109","heading":"Administrative rules","body":"On the effective date of this act, the administrative rules\n\nrelated to any services provided by Service Oklahoma previously\n\npromulgated by the Department of Public Safety, the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission, and any other state agency shall be transferred to and\n\nbecome a part of the administrative rules of Service Oklahoma. The\n\nOffice of Administrative Rules in the Office of the Secretary of\n\nState shall provide adequate notice in \"The Oklahoma Register\" of\n\nthe transferred rules and shall place the transferred rules under\n\nthe Administrative Code section of Service Oklahoma.
