A person not entitled to possession of a vehicle who,\n\nwithout the consent of the owner and with intent to deprive the\n\nowner, temporarily or otherwise, of the vehicle or its possession,\n\ntakes, uses or drives the vehicle shall, upon conviction, be guilty\n\nof a Class D3 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided\n\nfor in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
