Stat. tit. 47, § 47-4-104","heading":"Damaging or tampering with vehicle or implement of","body":"husbandry.\n\n(a) A person, who, with intent and without right to do so,\n\ninjures or tampers with any vehicle or implement of husbandry or in\n\nany other manner damages any part or portion of said vehicle or\n\nimplement of husbandry or any accessories, appurtenance or\n\nattachments thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n\n(b) A person, who, without right to do so and with intent to\n\ncommit a crime, climbs into or upon a vehicle or implement of\n\nhusbandry whether it is in motion or at rest, attempts to manipulate\n\nany of the levers, starting mechanism, brakes or other mechanism or\n\ndevice of a vehicle or implement of husbandry while the same is at\n\nrest and unattended, or sets in motion any vehicle or implement of\n\nhusbandry while the same is at rest and unattended is guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor.\n\n(c) This section shall not apply as stated in Section 11-1002 of\n\nthis title.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"287195f6163be9b9ed5795763c3cb0b9c95ac711e287fa43c6fdf12035889220","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-4-103","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-4-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
