Stat. tit. 47, § 47-40-123","heading":"Motorcycle Safety and Education Program Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Public Safety to be designated the \"Motorcycle\n\nSafety and Education Program Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all fees, donations, federal funds and grants received\n\nfor the purpose of motorcycle safety and education programming. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Commissioner of Public\n\nSafety for the purpose of operating the Motorcycle Safety and\n\nEducation Program.
