Stat. tit. 47, § 47-428","heading":"License - Issuance - Contents - Carried in vehicle -","body":"License plate.\n\nUpon the approval and issuance of the application and upon\n\ncompliance with the terms of this act, the Commission shall issue to\n\nthe applicant a license as an itinerant merchant. Such license\n\nshall be numbered, shall show the amount of fees paid, shall,\n\nspecifically describe the itinerant merchant and the motor vehicle\n\nas they are described in the application, and shall at all times be\n\ncarried in the cab of the motor vehicle described and shall at all\n\ntimes be subject to inspection by any person authorized to enforce\n\nthis act.
