Stat. tit. 47, § 47-436","heading":"Actions for injunctions","body":"(a) The Attorney General, or any district attorney, shall\n\ncommence an action in any court of competent jurisdiction, in the\n\nname of the state as plaintiff on the relation of the Attorney\n\nGeneral or such district attorney, to enjoin any person from\n\nviolating any of the provisions of this act. Such action may be\n\nmaintained upon due showing that the defendant has violated or is\n\nthreatening to violate any of the provisions of this act.\n\n(b) Upon being presented with the petition of any resident of\n\nthis state, verified upon oath, stating facts showing that such\n\nresident has reasonable grounds to believe that some person has\n\nviolated or is threatening to violate any of the provisions of this\n\nact, it shall be the duty of any district attorney of this state to\n\ncommence such action for injunction within his county against the\n\nperson complained of in said petition.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"814153bb078b587ee2731d1b71a83ba879bc8c11daef31eaa68e9cd50c62c954","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-435","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-437"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
