The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission shall provide for\n\noff-premises displays of new motor vehicles by currently licensed\n\nnew motor vehicle dealers. An off-premises event may be held for\n\ndisplay purposes only, without the need for permits, under the\n\nfollowing conditions:\n\n1. The new motor vehicles are for display purposes only and not\n\nfor sale at the off-premises display event;\n\n2. No selling activities shall be conducted;\n\n3. The display is in the new motor vehicle dealer's factory-\n\napproved area of sales and service responsibility;\n\n4. The new motor vehicle dealer shall obtain written approval\n\nfrom the manufacturer or distributor; and\n\n5. The new motor vehicle dealer is required to obtain approval\n\nfor the display location from the sponsoring entity.\n\nB. The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission shall provide for\n\noff-premises displays or sales of powersports vehicles by currently\n\nlicensed new powersports vehicle dealers. An off-premises event may\n\nbe held for display or sale purposes only under the following\n\nconditions:\n\n1. The event is in the new powersport vehicle dealer's factory-\n\napproved area of sales and service responsibility;\n\n2. The new powersport vehicle dealer must obtain written\n\napproval from the manufacturer or distributor;\n\n3. The new powersport vehicle dealer must submit an application\n\nto obtain off-premises sales permits for new powersports being\n\noffered for sale at the event, at least seven (7) days prior to the\n\nevent, and the permit fee is Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for each new\n\npowersport at the event;\n\n4. The sponsor of the event must submit an application to\n\nobtain an off-premises sponsoring entity sales permit, at least\n\nseven (7) days prior to the event, and the permit fee is Two Hundred\n\nDollars ($200.00) for the event; and\n\n5. No permit application or fee is required by the new\n\npowersports vehicle dealer nor sponsoring entity for an off-premises\n\ndisplay only event.\n\nC.
