Stat. tit. 47, § 47-564.2","heading":"Certificate of registration for new motor vehicle or","body":"powersports vehicle salesperson — Penalties.\n\nIt shall be punishable by an administrative fine not to exceed\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for any person, resident, or\n\nnonresident to engage in business as, or serve in the capacity of, a\n\nnew motor vehicle salesperson or powersports vehicle salesperson in\n\nthis state without first obtaining a certificate of registration\n\nwith the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission. The cost of\n\nregistration for each new salesperson shall be set at Twenty-five\n\nDollars ($25.00) to be renewed annually. The cost of registration\n\nand any administrative fine is to be borne by the salesperson’s\n\nemploying entity.
