Stat. tit. 47, § 47-566","heading":"Procedure for denial, suspension or revocation of license","body":"or registration or imposing fine.\n\nThe Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission may deny any\n\napplication for license or registration, or suspend or revoke a\n\nlicense or registration issued or impose a fine, only after a\n\nhearing of which the applicant, registrant, or licensee affected,\n\nshall be given at least ten (10) days’ written notice specifying the\n\nreason for denying the applicant a license or registration, or, in\n\nthe case of a revocation or suspension or imposition of a fine, the\n\noffenses of which the licensee or registrant is charged. The\n\nnotices may be served as provided by law for the service of notices,\n\nor mailing a copy by certified mail to the last-known residence or\n\nbusiness address of the applicant, registrant, or licensee. The\n\nhearing on the charges shall be at such time and place as the\n\nCommission may prescribe and the aforementioned notice shall further\n\nspecify the time and place. If the applicant, registrant, or\n\nlicensee is a salesperson, or factory , or distributor\n\nrepresentative, the Commission shall in like manner also notify the\n\nperson, firm, association, corporation, or trust with whom he or she\n\nis associated, or in whose association he or she is about to enter.\n\nThe Commission shall have the power to compel the production of all\n\nrecords, papers, and other documents which may be deemed relevant to\n\nthe proceeding bearing upon the complaints. The Commission shall\n\nhave the power to subpoena and bring before it any person, or take\n\ntestimony of any such person by deposition, with the same fees and\n\nmileage and in the same manner as prescribed in proceedings before\n\ncourts of the state in civil cases.
