Stat. tit. 47, § 47-586","heading":"Injunctions","body":"The Commission is hereby authorized, without cost bond or\n\ndeposit, to institute injunctive actions in courts of competent\n\njurisdiction, in the name of the state on the relation of said\n\nCommission, to enforce the provisions of Sections 16 through 20 of\n\nthis act.
