There is hereby created a petty cash fund not to exceed One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) for the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle,\n\nDismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission, which may be\n\nexpended for small authorized expenses of the Commission.\n\nB. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is authorized to prescribe forms, systems and procedures\n\nfor its administration.
